- Dr. Dabholkar has 130 publications in national and international journals and is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Head & Neck Physicians and Surgeons. She has conducted many advanced courses on ear microsurgery and has been part of numerous studies and drug trials conducted by multinational pharmaceutical companies.
- She was honoured by the Vice President of India for achievements in cancer treatment and received the CPA Women Achiever Award. She is a Life Member of the Asia-Pacific Thyroid Society and the Indian Society of Head & Neck Oncologists, and an active honorary member of the Rotary Club of Bombay Bay and the Inner Wheel Club of Bombay North.
