In ear surgery he performs cochlear implantation, tympanoplasty, ear microsurgery, reconstructive middle ear surgery, mastoidectomy and facial nerve decompression. His nasal and sinus work includes functional endoscopic sinus surgery, balloon sinuplasty, septoplasty, septorhinoplasty, nasal polypectomy, frontal sinus surgery and treatment of sinonasal malignancy.
He also manages throat, voice and swallowing disorders through vocal cord surgery and laryngoscopy, and performs thyroid and salivary gland surgery, head and neck tumour surgery, the Sistrunk operation and skull base surgery. Dr. Singh presented on sleep nasendoscopy in the evaluation of obstructive sleep apnoea at AOI APCON, Khammam (2007) and on CT and MRI in bilateral severe-to-profound sensorineural hearing loss at AOI AP SOUTHCON (2008). He is a life member of the Association of Otolaryngologists of India, the Indian Association of Surgeons for Sleep Apnoea and the Cochlear Implant Group of India, and consults in English, Hindi, Telugu and Maithili.
