This page explains how Satyug Healthcare prepares the hospital, doctor, treatment, package and cost information published on satyughealthcare.com, who is responsible for it, and how you can report a mistake.

How our content is researched

• Hospital and doctor information is taken from the hospitals themselves: official hospital websites, hospital profiles and brochures, and information shared with us directly by hospital teams.
• Treatment costs and package details are based on quotes and price information provided by hospitals for international patients.
• General medical explanations (what a procedure is, how long recovery usually takes) are written in plain language from published hospital and medical information, so that patients and families can understand their options before speaking to a doctor.

Who writes and reviews it

• Articles, treatment pages and packages are written and reviewed by Vikram Kashyap, Medical Consultant at Satyug Healthcare.
• Doctor and hospital profiles are compiled and checked by the Satyug Healthcare medical team against the hospital's own published information.
• When a page has been medically reviewed by a named doctor, the doctor's name will be shown on that page. If no reviewer is named, no doctor review is being claimed.

How prices are sourced

• Prices on this website are estimates, usually shown as a range, based on hospital price information for international patients.
• The actual cost depends on the patient's medical condition, test results, the hospital and doctor chosen, room category, length of stay and any complications.
• The final price is the one given in the written quote from the hospital after it has reviewed the patient's medical reports. Please treat website prices as a guide for planning only.

How often content is updated

• We review our pages on a regular basis and update them when a hospital informs us of a change (for example a doctor moving to another hospital, or new prices), or when a reader reports an error.
• Each article, package, doctor and hospital page shows a "Last updated" date: the most recent date recorded for that page in our system.

Satyug Healthcare is a medical tourism facilitator, not a hospital. We help international patients find hospitals and doctors, obtain treatment quotes, and arrange travel and stay. Patients remain free to choose any hospital or doctor, and the treatment price is always the one stated in the hospital's own quote.
