Her obstetric practice covers high-risk pregnancy, normal vaginal delivery, lower segment caesarean section (LSCS), vaginal birth after caesarean (VBAC) and the management of preterm delivery. VBAC allows suitable women with a previous caesarean to attempt a safe vaginal birth under careful monitoring.
In gynaecology she performs total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH), total abdominal hysterectomy, myomectomy for fibroids, D&C, endometrial biopsy, colposcopy and cryotherapy of the cervix, as well as medical termination of pregnancy. Her areas of interest include laparoscopy, IUI and IVF, pelvic reconstructive surgery and cosmetic gynaecology.
Dr. Yadav has published work on oral iron versus intravenous iron sucrose in pregnant women and on subclinical hypothyroidism in pregnancy, and won first place in a poster and paper presentation. She has attended colposcopy (MAMC, Delhi), endoscopy and stem cell workshops and is associated with FOGSI and the Noida obstetrics and gynaecology society.
