He then served as Consultant Radiation Oncologist at BLK Superspeciality Hospital, Delhi, from March 2018 to November 2020, and subsequently at Park Hospital, Delhi, from December 2020 to May 2024, before joining Kailash Hospital, Noida.
- His clinical expertise covers modern high-precision radiation techniques, including Image Guided Radiotherapy (IGRT), Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT), radiosurgery and 4D gating. These techniques allow tumours to be targeted with great accuracy while sparing the surrounding healthy organs, which helps reduce side effects and improve outcomes for patients with cancers of the head and neck, brain, lung, breast, abdomen and pelvis.
- Dr. Singh is actively involved in academic oncology. He has co-authored research in the Journal of Oral Biology and Craniofacial Research on the XRCC-1 gene Arg194Trp polymorphism, and was the lead author of a prospective randomised study published in the Indian Journal of Medical and Paediatric Oncology (2019) comparing concurrent chemoradiation with neoadjuvant and adjuvant chemotherapy approaches.
- He is a member of the Association of Radiation Oncologists of India. He works closely with surgical and medical oncologists in a multidisciplinary tumour board setting so that each patient receives an individualised treatment plan, and he places strong emphasis on counselling patients and families about the course of radiotherapy and its expected effects.
