His hepato-pancreato-biliary practice includes hepatectomy, surgery for hilar cholangiocarcinoma and gallbladder cancer, Whipple's procedure, distal pancreatectomy, cystogastrostomy, CBD exploration, cholecystectomy and splenectomy.
- In upper GI and colorectal surgery he performs laparoscopic and open oesophageal resection, gastrectomy, bariatric surgery, Nissen fundoplication, Heller's cardiomyotomy, anterior resection, right and left hemicolectomy and abdominoperineal resection. He also performs advanced laparoscopic hernia repairs (TAPP, TEP, IPOM, eTEP and component separation) and minimally invasive surgery for piles, fistula-in-ano and fissure-in-ano.
- Academically, he secured All India Rank 51 in NEET SS 2017 and won the Best Video Presentation award at APHPBA 2023, Bangalore, for a robotic Frey's procedure. He has published on drain amylase and pancreatic fistula after pancreaticoduodenectomy and on pancreatic trauma, has presented at IHPBA, IASGCON and APHPBA meetings, and is a member of IHPBA, the Association of Surgeons of India and the Indian Association of Surgical Gastroenterology.
