His honours include the RKK Thampan Award (1983, AKCOG Kerala), the FOGSI Chorion Award (1996, AICOG Pune), the Dhronacharya Award from ISAR (Yuva ISAR meet, Kochi, 2023) and a Lifetime Achievement Award from TAPISAR, Chennai (2023).
