Since 2016 she has been a fertility consultant at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, where she also teaches in the MCh Reproductive Medicine and Surgery programme.
- Her clinical interests include recurrent IVF failure, poor ovarian reserve, endometriosis, PCOS and male infertility, including surgical sperm retrieval. These are among the more challenging situations in fertility care and need careful, individualised stimulation protocols and investigation of underlying causes.
- She has published research on serum estradiol levels at ovulation trigger and IVF-ICSI outcomes, AMH versus antral follicle count as predictors of ovarian response, and the role of endometrial scratching and hysteroscopic endometrial injury in recurrent implantation failure, and has co-authored chapters in FOGSI FOCUS publications on infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss. She has been an invited speaker at the All Kerala Congress of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and other meetings.
- She received the Lady Nair Best Student Award in postgraduate Obstetrics and Gynaecology and the Ratan Tata Scholarship. She is a member of RCOG London, IMA, FOGSI, ISAR, AMASI, the Indian Fertility Society and the Academy of Clinical Embryologists, and has served as Joint Secretary of the Cochin Obstetrics and Gynaecological Society.
