Documentation Require for Medical Visa
For Medical Visa, a signed letter in original from the local hospital/doctor and copies of treatment record should be submitted along with letter from the Indian hospital/doctor in original indicating details of the proposed treatment. For persons accompanying the applicant proof of relationship with the patient and a letter from the applicant is required.
