- He created a world record in 2008 by performing 3,000 joint replacement surgeries, and Shalby Hospitals under his leadership has crossed more than 1,50,000 joint replacement surgeries.
- He developed the OS Needle and the Zero Technique, which cut knee replacement operating time from about 90 minutes in 1994 to around 10 minutes by 2012, and has served as Principal Investigator in clinical research trials for more than 15 years.
