- Dr. Padaria founded the Venous Association of India and served as its Past President. He has been Vice President of the International Union of Angiology, Vice-President of the Asian Venous Forum and a Council Member of the International Union of Phlebology, and is a member of the Cardiological Society of India, the Association of Physicians of India and the Vascular Society of India.
- His orations include the Dr. Dara Kapadia Oration of the Indian Medical Association, the Dr. Bhendre Oration, annual oration lectures for the Tanzania Medical Association and the Ethiopian Medical Association, and the Venous Association of India Oration.
