- He has pursued extensive advanced training, including a revision knee and hip arthroplasty course in Bangkok (2023), a scientific exchange programme for knee replacement in Seoul (2017), the Trauma International Summit in Shanghai (2016), a robotic TKR workshop at AIIMS, New Delhi (2025), the TOMOFIX osteotomy cadaver course (2025) and the Palakkad deformity correction and Ilizarov course (2024). He has served as table faculty at the AO Advanced Trauma Course and as faculty at the DITO Masterclass and the 11th UPOA Arthroplasty Course, where he demonstrated robotic total knee replacement.
- Dr. Kant has published research on radial lengthening versus ulnar shortening osteotomy, pronator quadratus pedicle grafting for scaphoid non-union and long versus short proximal femoral nailing in intertrochanteric fractures. He is a member of the Indian Orthopaedic Association, the Indian Foot and Ankle Society and the Indian Medical Association, and has received certificates of honour for polio corrective surgeries.
