Endoscopic and minimally invasive approaches use small incisions and specialised instruments, which generally means less muscle damage, less blood loss and a faster return to daily activity.
- Dr. Saini has contributed to orthopaedic literature with publications on post-traumatic stiff knee, percutaneous fixation of medial malleolus fractures and biological fixation of subtrochanteric fractures. He is a member of AOSpine and the Association of Spine Surgeons of India, and he follows a patient-centred approach that favours conservative care where appropriate and the least invasive effective surgery when an operation is needed.
