  • He performed all types of surgeries on injured hand including bilateral hand replantation. Created separate speciality for HAND by the inclusion of the subject Hand and Microsurgery in PG Medical Education Regulations 2000 of MCI.

  • He is Chief Faculty and coordinator and organized the first ever Statewide Training Program to Promote Awareness On Hand Injury for Secondary and Primary level health care personnel get funded under NRHM innovative programme.
  • He Organised Hand Transplantation Programme – first of its kind in India and put Stanley on the world map.
