- Dr. Patel performs a wide range of neurodiagnostic and interventional procedures, including nerve conduction studies, ENMG, single fibre EMG, EEG, autonomic function tests, transcranial Doppler, nerve and muscle biopsy, lumbar puncture, plasma exchange and central line insertion. Her experience also extends to neurointensive care, paediatric neurology and neuro-rehabilitation.
- She has more than 40 publications in national and international indexed journals, including meta-analyses, randomised controlled trials and original research, and is an author for India Point of Care (IPOC) chapters. She also writes patient-education articles on topics such as epilepsy, dystonia and chronic fatigue syndrome.
