- Dr. Mandke has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and textbook chapters, including research on Soave's transanal endorectal pull-through for Hirschsprung's disease and chapters on umbilical hernia (Textbook of Pediatric Surgery, Indian Association of Pediatric Surgeons, 2019) and lung resections in children. She was named Maharashtrian of the Year 2025 in Medicine.
