Step 2: Click : Online Visa Application
Note: (For Regular Visa)
- Visa Status Enquiry can be used to know Visa Status.
- Application ID can be seen on your receipt issued by Indian Mission/Agent where you have submitted your Application.
(For e-Visa)
- Visa Status Enquiry can be used to know Visa Status,Payment Status and to Print e-Visa.
- Application ID can be seen in the Acknowledgement Message and also in the printed Application Form.

Requirements of Indian Medical Visa for Bangladesh Citizen
- Passport Copy of Patient & Attendant ( Validity Expiry Passport 6 months atleast )
- Visa Copy ( If the applicante has visited India in past)
- 2"/2" Passport Size Photo
- Bank Statment of 6 months
- Utility Bill copy (Like :Electricity Bill Copy, Water Bill , Gas Bill (not old morethan 3 months))
- VISA fees: 8 USD
- National Identity Document(NID)
- Employee NOC (if service holder)
- Employee ID (if service holder)
- Visiting Card (if service holder)
- Bank statement or dollar endorsement
- Medical invitation letter from Indian hospital
- All Medical Reports
- Dr. Appointment Letter from Indian Hospital
Step 3: Fill The form Online Visa Application
Note : After taking onlline appointment patient and attendants has to presented to India High Comission Office with their Orignal Documents and Application.
