- He has worked on a wide range of gamma cameras, SPECT/CT and PET/CT scanners from Siemens, GE, Philips and Picker, and is experienced in the full spectrum of scintigraphy, SPECT/CT and PET/CT studies using various radiopharmaceuticals. In theranostics, he performs radioiodine therapies and beta therapies including Lu-PSMA therapy for prostate cancer and Lu-DOTATATE therapy for neuroendocrine tumours, where a targeted radioactive drug both images and treats the cancer.
- Since 2011 he has been engaged in clinical research with Luzerner Kantonsspital, a university teaching and research hospital in Lucerne, Switzerland. He has published more than 35 original research papers in peer-reviewed international indexed journals and more than 40 book chapters in national and international publications, and serves as a reviewer for international indexed medical journals.
