He has also published on acute kidney injury after off-pump coronary bypass surgery and on the prevalence of depression among chronic kidney disease patients on haemodialysis (International Journal of Medical and Health Research, 2021).
He is a recipient of the Y. R. Reddy Gold Medal and the Vaidya Ratna Award, a member of the Indian Society of Nephrology and a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology (ASN). He consults in Telugu, Hindi and English.
